Required information: Store name, resale federal tax id number,

physical business address, email address and phone number. We will

need to verify your business information before wholesale account is setup. 

Once you set up the account we will notify you by email within 2 business days.

We will forward to you the Wholesale web site & password 

Wholesale Orders Require a Minimum $250.00 Opening Order

Wholesale Orders Placed on the Web Site Over $500.00 Ship FREE

Orders under $500.00 & International Orders Shipping will Apply

Wholesale prices range 40% - 50% off the retail prices shown. Items ship

on display cards. Orders must be paid for in full at time of order. We

accept all major credit cards only. Orders ship within 3 weeks. If you would
